摘要：
论述了电子文献对高校图书馆馆藏的重要意义,指出高校图书馆文献资源建设应兼 顾传统文献与电子文献,并就制订科学合理的馆藏建设统计指标体系提出了建议。
Abstract：This paper discusses the important role of electronic resource in the collection development in the academic libraries. It emphasizes the importance of keeping balance between the traditional resource and the electronic resource in collection development. Furthermore, it also makes some suggestions on the Basic Preconditions of Universities and Colleges Factor System.
