探讨了图书馆工作与阅读的关系,指出图书馆阅读工作的现状及其问题,认为发达国家开展阅读活动的模式对我国图书馆的阅读推广活动具有参考价值,提出图书馆界应加强的阅读推广模式是:阅读推广委员会统筹安排阅读推广活动、各类图书馆实施阅读推广工作、学者加强读者阅读心理和行为研究的阅读推广三层机制。

This paper discusses the relationship between the library tasks and reading activities.It indicates the current situation and problems of library reading activities and values the mode of reading activities in developed countries as reference to our country.At last,the mode of reading promotion in the libraries is brought forward with three layers mechanism.Firstly the reading promotion committee makes overall arrangements.Secondly the libraries implement reading activities.And finally the research of reader psychology and behavior should be strengthened.
