从设立图书馆发展基金会的必要性、基金会的主要作用、基金会的运作和对基金会 的社会管理等方面探讨了建立图书馆发展基金会的可能性。
Abstract：The paper discusses the feasibility of establishing the library development foundations. The discussion tackles with topics such as the necessity, the major roles , the functions and the management of the foundation as well as the socialized management idea.
