英国高校图书馆面向中小学服务的调查及启示Investigation on and Enlightenment of UK Academic Libraries' Service for Schools(KS1-KS5)

摘要(Abstract):
采用网络调研、邮件调查和案例分析法,调查了25所英国高校图书馆,并选择其中的10所图书馆,分别从专业岗位、服务对象、合作机构、服务途径四个方面分析了英国高校图书馆面向中小学的服务。对我国高校图书馆开展面向中小学服务的启示包括:增强社会服务理念,强化服务指导;设立专职人员,增强与各方的合作;划分中小学用户群体,提供相应服务;善用馆藏资源与设备,设计并提供有针对性的服务;注重面向中小学服务的宣传,畅通公众信息获取渠道;协调面向中小学服务业务,保障校内师生服务优先。

- (1)A-level在1951年首次推出,用以取代以前的高等中学毕业会考,主要为准备进入大学深造的学生而设。
- (2)英国的Six Form Student(第六学级学生)、College Student(学院学生)、Post-16 Students(16岁以上学生)、FE Student(继续教育学生)对应我国高中学段。
- (3)“拓展项目证书”(Extended Project Qualification)是A-level考试中新增设的一个独立拓展项目,要求学生具备计划、筹备、研究和自主探索的能力。
