电子资源管理系统的发展及未来思考Development of ERMS and Its Future

摘要(Abstract)：
从四个阶段分析国外电子资源管理系统的发展历程:起步阶段,大学图书馆自主研发ERMS;标准研究阶段以ERMI项目为标志,建立电子资源管理标准的雏形;繁荣发展阶段,商业性ERMS占市场主导地位,开源ERMS开始兴起,图书馆积极实施ERMS,标准不断完善;下一代新系统发展阶段,新系统的出现带来新机遇,电子资源管理标准体系基本形成。同时分析ERMS在我国的发展情况,并指出未来ERMS将与图书馆集成系统融合,合作建设知识库成为ERMS的一种新选择。
