摘要(Abstract)：
提出了国家科学数字图书馆(CSDL)对外购商业化数字文献资源进行长期保存的分析框架,并在此基础上提出了策略建议,包括长期保存内容、保存程度、保存方式、权益要求、技术策略要求和管理机制要求。
