摘要(Abstract)：

由东北师范大学图书馆主办的"学术交流新生态与图书馆转型"国际学术研讨会,探讨了学术交流环境的变化,以及学术交流新环境给图书馆带来的挑战和机遇,总结了国内外图书馆应对挑战的措施。挑战和机遇包括图书馆用户需求发生变化、资源和服务的转型、图书馆角色的转变和评价体系的变化。应对措施包括制定战略规划、扩大交流合作、构建资源联盟、建设特色资源、促进开放获取、实行空间改造和优化人力资源建设。
