国外高校图书馆同伴教育的进展研究Research Progress About Peer Education of Foreign Academic Libraries

摘要(Abstract):
通过对国外高校图书馆同伴教育的实践进展进行梳理,发现图书馆同伴教育包含同伴咨询与同伴培训两项内容,并经历了同伴指导阶段到同伴学习阶段的转变。国外图书馆同伴教育的实践经验可概括为:重视同伴的力量、准确定位同伴的角色、了解学生群体的特征、形成科学的规则、加强监测与评估等,这对于我国高校图书馆的服务创新有借鉴意义。
