美国大学图书馆向私人募资的背景、操作办法及特点

摘要(Abstract)：
近年来美国高等教育经费的紧缩是美国大学图书馆发起向私人募资运动的重要原因。文章详尽地介绍了募资的操作方法及其中关键细节和技巧 ,分析和总结了其“运动”性、科学性和现代性的特色 ,为国内大学图书馆拓展海外资金渠道提供了切实可行的经验。
