巴特勒的图书馆学教育思想及其实践Pierce Butler's Thoughts and Practice on Library Science Education

摘要(Abstract)：
巴特勒是美国著名的图书馆学家,从事图书馆学教育20余年。文章基于巴特勒的文章和教学实践,总结了他的图书馆学教育思想,即以"研究"为教育核心,重视通识教育和全面教育,强调图书馆学教育与图书馆职业的关联性,注重学生的个性发展。
