21世纪信息素质概念的界定Defining Information Literacy in the 21st Century

摘要(Abstract)：
世界各地的学者对信息素质概念的界定付出了相当的努力,这些活动多数是由高等院校的实践人员进行的。怎样理解高等院校环境下的信息素质与其他类型图书馆用户的信息素质之间的关系?我们对信息素质概念加以认识的演变过程以及将这一概念应用于实践领域的方式会受到各种因素的影响,这些因素主要包括哪些方面?国际图书馆协会联合会(IFLA)在界定信息素质这一概念的过程中应该扮演什么样的角色?该文对这些问题作了回答。
