摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了TWIMS系统用户体验调查的背景、调查对象、调查方式等,并对调查对象的基本特征进行了阐述,重点分析了用户对系统现有功能设置和各项指标的满意程度,对TWIMS系统的后续开发与完善以及下一阶段的用户体验问卷调查提出了意见与建议。
