摘要(Abstract)：

以中外文数据库及网络搜索引擎检索到的文献为基础,运用文献调查法、内容分析法、比较研究法等,对国内外图书馆职业能力研究领域的进展进行述评。总结了研究和实践的特点,包括:与各方加强合作;明晰图书馆职业能力研究的基本问题;深入了解新业态环境下图书馆专业馆员职业能力的变迁;准确认识和把握研究内容;构建实用的职业能力体系模型;充分发挥各级各类图书馆学(协)会的作用等,可为我国图书馆职业能力提升提供参考与借鉴。
