国外图书馆电子资源建设政策及启示Collection Development Policy for Electronic Resources Abroad and its Implications for Chinese Libraries

摘要(Abstract)：
电子资源是图书馆文献资源的重要组成部分。电子资源建设在图书馆资源建设中处于十分重要的地位。电子资源建设政策是电子资源建设工作的指南和依据。该文分析了近几年国外图书馆电子资源建设政策的现状,总结国外图书馆电子资源建设政策采取的4种模式及其特点,探讨了电子资源建设政策的主要内容,并结合我国实际提出了我国图书馆建立电子资源建设政策的策略。
