摘要(Abstract)：
基于图书馆2.0的发展趋势,研究了图书馆中可能出现的新职位,分析了新职位的人员素质要求,以及新职位的产生折射出的图书馆的组织转型,并以麦克马斯特大学图书馆为例进行实例研究。
