国外图书馆绿色信息服务的理论和实践研究Study on the Theory and Practice of Green Information Service in Foreign Libraries

摘要(Abstract):
在国家可持续发展战略指导下,图书馆等信息机构应大力加强绿色信息服务建设。文章在采用文献调研和内容分析法研究国外图书馆绿色信息服务建设理论的基础上,对国外数字图书馆信息服务能耗模型进行了扩充和细化,并明确了具体实现方式。重点是有针对性地减少生产能耗、使用能耗以及建设绿色生态的实体图书馆。研究表明,国外政府不仅高度重视图书馆等信息机构的绿色信息服务建设,还强调其他相关行业的绿色发展与之紧密结合,现已形成了较为完善的服务评价体系。鉴于此,文章从政府政策保障、完整评价体系构建和跨行业实施三个角度,提出了我国图书馆绿色信息服务建设的方向。
