阅读疗法的“离身认知”与“具身认知”原理Analysis about “Disembodied Cognition” and “Embodied Cognition” Mechanism of Bibliotherapy

摘要(Abstract):
阅读疗法的"离身认知"原理基于身心二元理念,构建了"阅读—认知心理"之间的直接关联,由于排斥人的身体经验和环境作用,此原理缺乏现实性和生态性。阅读疗法的"具身认知"原理则基于身心一体理念,试图揭示"阅读—具身体验—认知心理"三者的关联,为阅读疗法实践中的书目选择、过程引导和环境设置提供方法论指导。
