摘要(Abstract):
基于朋辈教育模式在首都师范大学图书馆用户培训中的应用,详细介绍了协作式朋辈培训模式的建立、框架与流程、实践以及评价,同时分析了协作式朋辈培训模式的构成要素、影响因素和完善途径。构成要素包括协作、图书馆员引导、活动管理;影响因素包括多角度的主题设计、层级的激励机制、图示工具的使用;完善途径包括丰富活动定位,开展信息文化教育,全开放式流程管理,树立多维能力培养的目标。
