图书馆信息资源数字化项目实施要素分析Analysis on the Key Elements of the Implementation of the Library Information Resource Digitization Project

摘要(Abstract)：
在对国内外图书馆信息资源数字化项目考察的基础上,指出这类项目的实施是一个比较复杂的系统工程,其中所包括的主要要素有项目规划、数字化内容选择、数字化流程准备、数字文档保存、元数据析取、知识产权管理和项目管理。该文论述了这7大要素囊括的基本内容和实施的基本原则,并指出了研究图书馆信息资源数字化实施要素的目的在于规范项目管理,构建科学的数字化生产平台。
