摘要(Abstract)：
探讨了基于互联网开发的全文数据库和全文服务的概念、内容及其对图书馆资源建设的影响 ,结合对国外几个著名全文数据库及其检索系统的比较和介绍 ,总结了全文数据库的特点及引进国外全文数据库的评价标准和原则。
