摘要(Abstract)：

运用民族志方法研究图书馆用户,在国外已形成一股较有影响的图书馆学研究潮流,而国内对于该研究取向还较少关注。此文结合美国高校图书馆的一项用户研究项目,介绍民族志方法在图书馆研究中的具体操作和运用,并阐释其对于图书馆员深入洞察用户需求的作用和意义。
