摘要(Abstract)：

在分析国外相关著述的基础上,从读者阅读与藏书建设、馆藏利用、图书馆建筑、图书馆教育等四个方面概述了美国著名的图书馆学家贾斯汀.温沙的图书馆学思想,指出温沙注重图书馆藏书的利用,致力于提高图书馆在美国教育的地位和作用,为美国图书馆思想的传播和美国图书馆运动的发展作出杰了出的贡献。
