美国图书馆员领导力理论的发展及其应用Development of the Librarian Leadership in U.S.and Its Implementation

摘要(Abstract)：
培养和发展中国图书馆员领导力是未来图书馆人力资源改革的新方向,是实现图书馆可持续发展目标的重要支点。借鉴和学习美国图书馆员领导力理论和实践经验,可以为进一步促进我国图书馆员发展奠定理论基础。通过回顾美国图书馆员领导力的起源和发展的三个阶段,阐述了图书馆员领导力的内涵和价值,并在讨论美国图书馆员领导力应用的基础上,对我国图书馆员领导力研究的现状与前景进行了分析和展望。探讨发现,图书馆员领导力理论在美国图书馆界得到了应用和发展,并取得了良好的实践效果。但在我国图书馆界,图书馆员领导力理论的研究和应用还处于初级发展阶段,被认为是图书馆员领袖的学科馆员的制度也停留在十分复杂的混合式发展时期,亟待进一步理顺和推进。
