美国《特色馆藏专业人员能力指南》修订版的解读及其启示An Interpretation of the Revised Version of Guidelines:Competencies for Special Collections Professionals and Its Enlightenment for China

摘要(Abstract)：
通过分析美国大学与研究图书馆协会的《特色馆藏专业人员能力指南》的修订及其内容,为国内管理特藏馆员提供借鉴。利用文献分析法和比较分析法,以2017年版本为主,对比分析2008年的指南,对其制定或修改的背景、目的、适用对象、条款内容进行解读比较。特色馆藏专业人员能力包括通用能力、基本能力、专门能力;新版指南注重对前沿信息技术的掌握与运用能力、数据管理能力、用户服务能力、与利益相关者合作能力等;覆盖的能力要素更为广泛、细致和深入,可为国内特藏馆员的能力建设提供借鉴。
