认识信息素养Learning Information Literacy

摘要(Abstract)：
文章分析了信息素养的实质,及其内容、发展和走向,探讨了我国开展信息素养教育和研究的基础和目标,提出了基于文献检索课在高校推进信息素养教育的现实性和必要性,并讨论了信息素养对我们实施信息教育的指导意义。
