摘要(Abstract)：
讨论在颠覆性技术带来革命性变革的时代,图书馆及其所在机构迎接挑战,以重塑学术交流生态环境为目标,构建大学学术信息资产体系的背景、条件、必要性和可行性;提出学术信息资产作为大学科研架构和科研能力组成部分的意义和价值,并进一步介绍了北京大学学术信息资产体系的规划思路、创新实践和建设成果。
