摘要(Abstract)：
以市场因素在图书馆集成系统研究中的缺位为切入点,以新的视野回顾了图书馆集成系统及其市场在美国崛起和发展的轨迹。市场角度下,美国图书馆集成系统的发展包括"史前时代"、"上升期"、"成熟期"、"技术变革"、"迁徙的浪潮"等五个阶段,以此为基础,论文展望了图书馆集成系统及其市场的未来。作者还提出,市场因素的显性化,将帮助图书馆在这样的环境中更好地选择发展的方向和策略,并给出了基于图书馆立场的策略。
