摘要(Abstract)：

作为一种新兴的数字化借阅服务，受控数字借阅能为用户获取文献提供便利，但是它打破了传统出版生态系统相关各方的利益平衡，引起了很大争议，其发展遭遇瓶颈。本文在简要介绍受控数字借阅发展历程的基础上，分析了各利益相关方的态度和行为，探讨了其法律争议、发展困境，最后提出了平衡相关各方利益，重构出版生态系统的建议。
