摘要(Abstract)：

随着开放获取(OA)的发展，我国发表的OA论文持续高速增长，通过调研2015—2020年我国WOS论文数量和期刊文章处理费，重点测算2020年我国OA论文出版费和图书馆订阅经费转换的经济成本，预测未来五年我国OA论文发展规模，评估学术期刊从订阅模式转为开放出版模式的经济可行性和可持续性，从而提出国内图书馆及研究机构应对开放获取的策略，为制定相关政策和开放获取转换谈判提供参考依据。
